Pearle Vision at 3541 95th Street, Evergreen Park, Illinois.

This location is very unprofessional and incompetent. I spoke to Emma today (1/6/2018) to have her transfer my daughter's eye script to Vision works. My daughter plays basketball and Vision works has a better selection of eyewear for physical activities. after I initially spoke with her, I waited for hours and made several attempts for her to fax in the script. but to no avail still no script. Due to Emma's incompetence I have to unnecessarily walk into their office next week to personally retrieve my daughters order which is a big inconvenience. Thanks for nothing Emma and Pearl Vision!!!!
