David's Bridal - We've Moved! at 9536 South Western Avenue, Evergreen Park, Illinois.

The store was very neat and easy to navigate! My only complaint was about my consultant Jasmine. She was very nice, but VERY inexperienced. My mother had to ask her to do/find everything and this definitely prolonged my appointment. At one point she left to go look for something and told my mother to help me button up in the back! I didn’t begin to enjoy my experience until a male consultant came over and really took my experience to the next level! Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing and very knowledgeable. He actually sold me on my dress. He ran to grab me shoes, doll me up, match different veils (everything we had to constantly ask Jasmine to do). I feel like Jasmine did the bare minimum. She was nice, but talked way too much about her personal life (husband, her wedding, her kids, her mom). I understand relating to the bride but there is a point where it’s too much which made it hard for me to enjoy my moment and focus on the dresses. Again, loved the store, I just wish I had a different consultant. I did say yes to the dress and will be back with my bridesmaids to find their dresses as well!
